Sizemore & Company LLC is an award-winning association management, staffing, and advisory services company, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, which primarily serves the construction and engineering industries, and professional services market nationwide. We exist to help other organizations grow, succeed, and realize their potential in the market. Sizemore & Company has three operational business units which focus on: (1) association management (The Premier Associations Group); (2) staffing and advisory services (The Premier Resources Group). Additionally, Sizemore & Company's sister company, Sizemore International, was developed as a seed-stage investment company to help entrepreneurs grow and develop their businesses.
Sizemore & Company was honored to be twice named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America, and has performed services for clients, large and small, both domestically and internationally. Each of Sizemore & Company's brands were designed to serve a specific market segment, but were carefully crafted to be able to cross-pollinate with our other service offerings to ensure that our clients receive a "one-stop-shop" experience for association management, staffing, or advisory services. Greg Sizemore
President of Sizemore & Company and
Leader of The Premier Associations Group
Greg Sizemore is President of Sizemore & Company LLC and leads the Premier Associations Group (PAG). As part of the PAG, Mr. Sizemore serves as Executive Vice President of the Construction Users Roundtable (CURT), a construction industry association he co-founded in 2001, which is comprised of dozens of major industrial owners such as Procter & Gamble, Marathon, General Motors, Southern Company, Duke Energy, and ExxonMobil.
Additionally, Mr. Sizemore serves on various industry and civic boards including the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, and the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. He has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati for over two decades and, in 2013, was the recipient of the “Outstanding Adjunct Professor Award."
Mr. Sizemore holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio.
Dr. Cynthia Sizemore
Chairman of Sizemore & Company
Dr. Cynthia Sizemore is Chairman of Sizemore & Company LLC, PRG’s parent company. Starting her career in real estate, and later transitioning to higher education, Cindy has a diverse professional background which transcends multiple industry sectors. Cindy utilizes that experience to support Sizemore & Company’s strategic and operational initiatives across the company’s family of brands.
Dr. Sizemore has an Associate’s degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Doctorate degree from Capella University.
Nathaniel Sizemore
Sr. Vice Pres. and General Counsel of Sizemore & Company, and Leader of Premier Resources Group and PRG&Me
With over a decade of professional services experience, Nathaniel serves as Sr. Vice President and General Counsel of Sizemore & Company and leads the Premier Resources Group (PRG) and PRG&Me divisions of the company. Under Nathaniel’s leadership, Premier Resources Group grew to national prominence, developed a national and international client base, and maintains a reputation as an elite staffing and advisory services company in a variety of industry sub-sectors. PRG&Me was launched in 2021 and is now providing services to clients on two continents.
Before joining Sizemore & Company, Nathaniel served as a construction attorney with a large law firm in the Washington, D.C. metro area, where he represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors in all aspects of public and private development projects.
Nathaniel holds a B.A. from Furman University, where he was the recipient of the "Political Science Faculty Award" and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
